Recruitment consultant m/f

As a consultant at element you are responsible for looking after existing clients and acquiring new ones in your specialist field. You conduct interviews to assess applicants, advise clients and candidates during the interview and job offer stage, visit clients, compile market analyses, and help continually expand the element network.

We are looking for experienced consultants (m/f) who have already worked in our core fields or who wish to establish a new field, ambitious employees who enjoy consulting and sales assignments. A degree or comparable qualification is advantageous. In addition to German, a sound knowledge of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for a successful application.
